Run go-mapi across your fleet.

A central control plane for Google Workspace admins. Currently in pilot — work with us to shape it.

A pilot programme for early adopters

We are building Managed in partnership with pilot customers. There are no fabricated testimonials on this page, no logos of companies we do not work with, and no “industry-leading” copy. Pricing is published on the Pricing page; the capabilities listed below are the real product scope — what works today, what is wired together, and what is being shaped with pilot input.

If you run 10+ Windows seats on Google Workspace and need org-level control of go-mapi, we would like to work with you to shape the product. Free forever, LGPL-3.0 Standalone is still the right path if you only need a personal-scale tool.

What the control plane gives you

Fleet dashboard

One view of every go-mapi installation in your org — version, last-seen, config state.

Central config push

Update authentication, retry policy, and Gmail-bridge settings across the fleet from one console.

Policy enforcement

Lock down which actions go-mapi performs on each machine — read-only, send-only, or full bridge.

Seat licensing

Per-seat licensing per Google Workspace user, billed monthly or annually with the published tier.

Audit log export

Per-seat send events exported to your SIEM or to flat files for compliance review.

SSO via Google Workspace

No new identity to manage — leverages the OAuth identity go-mapi already requires for Gmail access.
